This Privacy Policy explains what information Ohemaa Detergents collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. Ohemaa Detergents is a brand of InHealth Productline, Nii Tempon Street, SDA Junction, Adenta, Accra, Ghana ("we", "us").

1. What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery location and any note you add.
When you use the contact form: your name, phone number (optional), the topic you pick and your message.
When you join our offers list: the phone number or email address you enter.
When you pay with Mobile Money: we receive the transaction ID and the name and number on the payment. We never see your Mobile Money PIN.

Our website forms do not save your details on our own servers. When you submit an order, a contact message or an offers sign-up, the details are passed to WhatsApp on your device so you can send them to us yourself.

2. How we use your information

To confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
To answer your questions and wholesale, stockist or private-label enquiries.
To send you offers and restock reminders, only if you asked to join our list.
To keep records of payments and orders, as required for our accounts and by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

WhatsApp (Meta): order details, messages and sign-ups reach us through WhatsApp.
Mobile Money providers (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo): process payments you send us.
Delivery staff: receive your name, phone number and location so they can bring your order.
Netlify: hosts this website and may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
Google: provides the map on our Visit us page and the fonts on this site, and may receive technical information such as your IP address when these load.
Authorities: if the law requires it.

These services have their own privacy policies, which apply to the information they handle.

4. Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on this website.

Your cart: is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time by emptying your cart or clearing your browser data.
Third-party services: the Google map may set its own cookies when you use it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as we need them for our accounts and tax obligations. We keep contact messages and offers sign-ups until you ask us to delete them or stop using them. We then delete or anonymise them.

6. Your rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can:

ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
ask us to delete your information, where we don't need to keep it by law;
stop receiving offers from us at any time;
object to how we use your information, or complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We aim to reply within 30 days.

7. Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
